Welcome to the Society of Czech and Slovak Cactus and Succulent Growers Homepage, maintained by the Czech and Slovak organisation for those interested in cacti and other succulents.The Society of Czech and Slovak Cactus and Succulent Growers (Spolecnost ceskych a slovenskych pestitelu kaktusu a sukulentu - SCS PKS) associates over 100 cactus clubs in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, promotes the study, propagation and conservation of cacti and other succulent plants, coordination and information about all cactus and succulent events and publishes quarterly journal Kaktusy. The Society aslo supports cultivation of cacti and other succulents among childern. Membership of the SCS PKS is currently about 2,500 and includes the whole range from novice window-sill growers to experts.

Membership of the Society is open to all. New interested persons can turn to the nearest Cactus club at their place of residence and can receive our high quality quarterly journal Kaktusy with 1-2 special issues in the volume.
